CANINE
CADETS
RETURNING FOR 2012
The Trust has created our new Canine Cadet Adventure, a social gathering for dogs and their owners. The Trust is continuing to invite locals to bring their dogs inside the walls of the Fort on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month through August. The Canine Cadet Adventure allows dogs and their owners to gather, mingle and socialize around our fire pit in our Historic Parade Field and take formation with Col. Boone for the Canine Cadet Parade around the Fort.
$5pp Suggested Donation (limit two Cadets per person)
Includes treats and water for cadets and ingredients for ‘make your own smores’ for owners.
Attendees are welcome to bring
their own chairs, blankets and picnic baskets.
Cadet Rules and Regulations:
● No cadets may enter the Fort without a leash. ● Owners are required to monitor their cadets at all times while inside Fort Adams. ● Owners must pick up after their cadets. ● Neither cadets nor owners are permitted to enter any of the unrestored areas of Fort Adams. ● All Cadets must have up-to-date Rabies tags. ● Limit 2 cadets per person.
Your Cadet is Your Responsibility!
● Efforts have been made to secure access to many of the dangerous areas in the Fort, however while inside your diligence is required to ensure the safety of both you & your cadet. ● Cadets not behaving within the rules listed above will be asked to leave.
The Fort Adams Trust reserves the right to ask any cadets or owners to leave for any reason.
