6th Annual Family Day

Saturday, 11am – 4pm (rain date June 6)
A great
day of fun. Admission is FREE for the entire family. The day will be
filled with activities, entertainment, games, food and various
vendor booths. The March of Dimes is organizing a Touch-A-Truck
Event – lots of cool vehicles to touch, climb on and sit in. Guided
Tours of Historic Fort Adams will be offered for a discounted fee.

Fort Adams Trust Fundraiser
A Salute to the Summer
Solstice
Friday, 6:30pm – 10:30pm
This
second annual ‘friend and fund raiser’ is to benefit the Fort Adams
Trust and will be the kick off to the summer season. Summer food
tastings by Russell Morin Fine Catering and specialty beverages will
be served. There will be live entertainment and a silent auction.
Tickets
are $75 per person/$150 per couple.

FLAME in Concert

Friday, 6:00pm – 8:00pm (rain date June
26)
A concert
to benefit the Maher Center and the CranstonArc featuring FLAME, an
international rock band made up of 11 people with
developmental/physical disabilities, including autism, Down’s
syndrome, mental retardation and blindness. They are a phenomenon
that inspires people and changes the way the general public view
people with disabilities. FLAME now averages over 90 paid
performances per year, including concerts in 10 different states and
in Europe. Their song list includes classic hit rock, country and
blues songs from the past five decades.
Tickets
are $15 per person and $30 per family. Food and beverages will be available for
purchase throughout the event.

McGrath's Public Clambake
Monday,

A
Traditional Old Fashioned Clambake prepared by McGrath Clambakes.
All proceeds to benefit the Fort Adams Trust. Menu includes Rhode
Island “clear broth” Quahog Chowder, clams, mussels, lobster, salad,
brown bread, corn on the cob, potato, chourico, BBQ chicken and
watermelon. Cash bar available. Children’s Menu available (12 and
under).
$70 per
person with lobster; $60 without lobster; Children $30. Discount for
Trust members.

Civil War Living History Weekend

Saturday
10am – 5pm & Sunday 10am
– 4pm
Two days
of Civil War living-history at Historic Fort Adams recreates the
daily life of soldiers and civilians during the 1860’s. Re-enactors
in authentic uniforms will perform demonstrations, drills and carry
out dramatic simulations of assaults on the Fort and much more.
Admission:
$10 Adults, $5 Children (6-17) Free 5 & Under
$25 Family (2 adults & up to 4 children)
Half price readmission for Sunday will be available. Reenactment
ticket stubs may be redeemed throughout the season for $1 off
admission for a guided tour

The 2nd
Annual Antiques Festival is a benefit for the Fort Adams Trust.
Presented and managed by Ferguson & D’Arruda Antiques, Providence,
RI. As many as 100 dealers will be featured offering a wide range of
items. Appraisers will be on-site during the afternoon. Early buyers
8am – 10am. General public 10am – 5pm. Food and beverage available

9th Annual Fort Adams in the Fall Car Festival
Sunday, 9am – 3pm
Presented
by the Middletown Rotary Club. Located on the North Lawn of Historic
Fort Adams. A display of 200 - 300 cars, trucks and vans are
featured. Prizes are awarded in a variety of classes. Food and
beverage available for purchase.

Fortress of Nightmares

Ticket sales begin at 6:00PM and end at 9:00PM each evening
The Fort
Adams Trust and R.I.S.E.U.P. Paranormal present FORTRESS OF
NIGHTMARES, featuring two Halloween attractions at one great
location. The Tunnels of Terror Haunted Maze is a terrifying walk
through the dark tunnels of the Fort, while the Fortress Ghost Hunts
takes you on a legitimate paranormal investigation.
